Responsible reporting. Flag genuine rule violations to help keep the community clean.
🚫 What is Not Allowed
Harassment and bullying. Any form of targeted personal attacks, insults, or intimidation is strictly prohibited.
Hate speech. Content that demeans others based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexuality, or disability is not tolerated.
Cheating or exploits. Using bots, automation tools, or software exploits to gain unfair advantages ruins the experience for everyone.
Inappropriate content. Sexually explicit, graphic, or disturbing content has no place in our community.
Spam and unsolicited advertising. Repeatedly posting links, promotions, or off-topic content in chat rooms is prohibited.
Impersonation. Pretending to be another player, a ThunderboltJoy team member, or a public figure is not allowed.
Encouraging harmful behaviour. Promoting excessive gaming, real-money gambling, or other harmful activities is strictly forbidden.
⚖️ Enforcement Consequences
Violations are reviewed case-by-case. Repeated or severe offences carry heavier penalties.
