4. ThunderCoins & Virtual Currency
ThunderCoins are a virtual currency provided exclusively for use within ThunderboltJoy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that:
- ThunderCoins have no real-world monetary value whatsoever
- ThunderCoins cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services
- ThunderCoins cannot be transferred between users or outside the Platform
- ThunderCoins may be provided, adjusted, or removed by us at any time
- You do not own ThunderCoins; you have a limited, revocable licence to use them within the Platform
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use ThunderboltJoy to:
- Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users
- Post hate speech or discriminatory content of any kind
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Distribute spam, phishing links, or malicious content
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on ThunderboltJoy — including but not limited to game designs, graphics, text, code, logos, and community features — is the exclusive intellectual property of ThunderboltJoy Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimers
ThunderboltJoy is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform.
We make no representations that ThunderboltJoy will be error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThunderboltJoy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of ThunderboltJoy shall not exceed £100.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ThunderboltJoy at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately and any ThunderCoins associated with your account are forfeited.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
